Description

Northrop Grumman Information Systems Defense Systems Division C-RAM Program Engineer Logistics 5 Functions as a member of the C-RAM Production, Installation and Logistics Team to provide OCONUS Materiel Management to enhance C-RAM operational readiness. Monitors and expedites maintenance and supply requirements and NGC response. Provides staff oversight of warehousing (receipt, store and issue), distribution (transportation/movement) and technical repair support (maintenance) of C-RAM Sense and Warn and Tactical Automated Security System (TASS) equipment at dispersed locations. Monitors logistics support activities through database queries and trends analysis to identify support infrastructure performance anomalies and problems for resolution. Conducts research and develops special reports as required. Serves as expeditor and problem solver for supply and maintenance challenges; allocates resources to de-conflict competing requirements; recommends allocation of supply and maintenance resources to meet operational needs; and collects and processes supply and maintenance data into reports for distribution to both NGC and Government Management activities. Provides a C-RAM focal point for Government logisticians in theater. Performs additional duties as required in a dynamic support environment. Required Experience: * 14 Years with Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD. * Familiar with electronic data processing, communications equipment operations, and electronic system troubleshooting. * Familiar with development of military equipment maintenance and supply support. * Familiar with database analysis and queries, and self-training on new software tools. Preferred Experience: * Prior military logistics experience. * Prior field experience maintaining deployed military C2 or Air Defense systems. Security Clearance Required.
